its been two days since i left Adecco. its funny in a way, i imagine myself in the office doing the stuff and how it is coping. withdrawal sydrome..ahahaha...
i went for 2 interviews yesterday. one went pretty well, and the other you can say a waste of my time. the one that went well was as a hr consultant,just in charge of recruiting police officers. the manager was easy to get along with and i think he would be a nice boss to get along with.the cons: its just him and me (if i get recruited) to recruit 70 police officers a month, which is no easy task. there is only me to do the recruitment and the administrative work that comes along with it. sigh... see whether the company willing to hire me or not.the other one? my god, the interview was in a lounge, dimly lit,not suitable for an interview at all. the interviewer sounded so dead when reciting the job scope and i have no interest in the job whatsoever. when i tried to tell her, it seems like she did not get it. so i just went along with it. the job? selling Prudential's insurance products and banking & finance's products to my frens, my fren's frens..sigh i am not interested in it at all.. dun think i will be selected anyway. still looking around...
today is my 5 and a half years anniversary with my special someone! happy anniversary dear! going out in the evening for a dinner,appreciate it as he is having exams next week and still going out... Present? when he gets it ,then i will tell you all cos i know he reads my blog ahahahah....
ooh my farewell dinner on fri, forgot to say about that. we went to cross street to eat vegetarian steamboat as one of my seniors was vegetarian.it was pretty good, alot of mushrooms and alot of veggies.. at first, they were talking about what they were going to do for their D & D on the 17th Dec, so i felt pretty left out, cos i was not involved at all but it was pretty fun just sitting at the side lines and listening to them gabble for the last time. only for the last part, they all took turns to make a speech for me. so sweet!nearly cried but turned it to laughter instead... one thing that they said was"now the jigsaw puzzle is short of one piece" oh my goodness nearly cried cos so sweet.. sigh miss them so much.. gave them a call and set uop a meeting on fri.. miss them too much liao... hee...
going to help my aunt organise an event this sat for her centre's kids.. gain whatever experience i can get during this period.
