making ice cream

yup, in the midst of making ice cream cos tom is the first time i am teaching 15 kids how to make ice cream! so funny, never knew that ice cream does not consist of ice.hahaha... how to teach like that? now waiting for the ice cream to harden(if it is correct!) dunnoe how the receipt take whipping cream, sugar and villnia essence can keep 15 kids occupied for 3 hours. that is one of my worries.. heck la.. see what can i do with them later..

this few days have abit rocky in my relationship. keep quarreling and yesterday was so far the worst one, nearly hit the rocks somemore.. perhaps i am too demanding in a relationship. i want him to keep me company all the time, want his whole life to evolve around me. i know its selfish. when u are too comfortable in the relationship, you tend to take things for granted. i will forever rem the one period of time i ushed him too far and nearly lost him, uo til now, remebering it brings shivers down my spine, not in a good way but the worst way ever imagined. i dun want it to happen to me again, ever.
last night, after talking it through, we decided that our love was too strong to give it up just becos we hit an obstacle. after army, after uni life, after working life, what can we not do? we just have to walk through things hand in hand..

just went to check the ice cream. looks like its a failure. its still in liquid form.. got to read through the receipe again, what went wrong? sigh... looks like the kids might be disappointed tom.. if the teacher cant get it, what makes you sure that the kids can do it? maybe i should just buy a tub of vanilla ice cream to please them.. ahahah cheating right?

Ok back to the topic, saw in the newspaper that courts was having a sale on lap tops. was really tempted when i saw i NEC laptop costing $1299. quite affordable right? if i was working, i would have bought it liao. now that i am jobless, it s harder to cough up the money. you have to think twice before spending the money. its quite difficult after living that lifestyle for a while but what to do? i have to live with my decision. i am on the look out for jobs after i come back from my holiday, i need to work to survive and to live comfortably.

watching A police story 2 now. jackie chan when he was younger. ooh i love jackie chan action shows. so much power and the kung fu...love it when the bad guys always end up with broken noses, arms and legs...heheeh...

ok i going to check on my ice cream. i played cheat and placed it in the freezer..hahahaahha
