Enough raving, today was a real busy day sia. there were tons of paperwork to do, and i have no more time to stare at the screen anymore,ahahha...dunnoe good or bad thing. think there are going to be alot of changes in the dept cos two of my managers are going to be real real busy! one is pregnant, and the other one just adopted a baby boy! so they are going to be like on long leave and stuff like that.. * rubs hands in glee* hopefully this means that my contract will get extended or hopefully* prays hard* get converted. they just had a team meeting today and one of the managers who is going back to switzerland said that they decided for him to take the recruiter role for the moment, so i would work under him as time to come. my now manager is piling my desk with lots of files! he will like give me a few sheets of paper, and say file this and file that, after filing, i have no idea where to put it and its all on my desk. somemore, i am abit apprehensive as i am on a 2 months contract, i dun have the right to like ask for stationery and stuff so my desk was like piling higher and higher with files and papers, until i, the lousiest organiser cannot take it and went to like zi dong take files and intrays and paper stands! hahhaaha.. trying to keep my desk neat, but not really succeeding there.
its harder to bond with my manager as he is so busy and sometimes i cant really understand him as he speaks with an accent and sometimes the dept really speaks real softly!i have to like strain to hear them. i think its their culture ba. Adecco was like super loud compared to them!
i hope that the dept will like me enuff to keep me.
