Wheeeeeee..... i am so happy! i got my pay increase!! i got my desired pay increase!$500 bucks! and the good thing is that i did not even have to open my mouth to get it!ahahaha... everyone say Wheeee...... finally got it settled. i accepted the offer and i will be working for another 6 months. What happened was that finally i sat down with my manager again to talk about my salary before saying anything. Before i could say anything, he started saying that it would be a contract with ubs that would be backdated to start on May 1st, which means i will get an extra day of annual leave due to polling day!hahhaha, with 6 days annual leav, 7 days medical and my salary would be two and a half thousand. ??? i did not get it at first, i was like thinking for a while how much was that? then he was looking at me with this funny look til i got it. i mean, i never heard of anyone saying 2.5k as two and a half thousand.. hahaha.. but after i comprehend how much was it, i was beaming all the way. i did not even listen to what he was saying anymore.. my mind was i got it i got i got it!hahaha...
but i listened to what he said that he had planned for me for the next 6 months. The gist would be recruitment, administration, and still supporting him in administration, which is pretty ok still.That is the good thing, but after that it began to go downhill... after they offered the position and i accepted, i started to make mistakes and slipped up. its not that i purposely did it or that since they offered me a longer term, i no longer care of how i did my work. it was all genuine mistakes, which i hope wun make my boss regret making me that offer hahaha... it seems that after i accepted the offer, the work load just started building up!It seems like my 2 months was nothing man, it was like now then the work starts!This week, it seems that i dun even have time to breathe! it like all i can do is take one deep breath and never know whens the next time i can breathe.. phew... alot of paperwork to do, alot of processes to go through. i need to go for some courses in regards to UBS's business areas so that i wun look so dumb when pple ask me questions. next week, i will be sitting in at some sessions with my boss's permission.
Today got scolded by a manager, of course dun feel good but the only thing i could do is say sorry and say that it s my oversight. My second time liao... but its ok. i did not not have time to dwell over it and i think i was trained at Adecco to say sorry and then move on.ok... work is good now!Cant wait for next month's pay!Yee Ha! *Waves her hands in the air*

Speaking of work, i got my sister an internship at UBS too! It is under the marketing and communications department, think that she will enjoy it. and guess what her salary is damn high man! $1000, she better treat me to something nice!Ade, Hint!

Tomorrow is polling day, frankly with all the work going around, me and dear have no time to listen to the rallies and listen to what these pple promise to do if they win, but its sure funny to see these groups on the back of lorries driving around our estates, and waving their flags and speaking into a loudspeaker asking us to vote for them. its like so old fashioned.. was giggling when i see it. Anyway, i know that Dear is going to vote for the ruling govt. for me, i believe that its good for the ruling govt to have some opposition, it keeps them on their toes.otherwise i believe that they would become complacent. til now, i still do not know who to vote for. For me, watching abit of the news, i feel abit shocked at how aggressive the ruling govt are. i always thought them to be passive and gentlemanly but the swipes they took felt too under the belt to me..Shouldnt the pple vote in accordance to what they can do for us rather than beating the opposition down, but to each of his own.

Ok watching Csi: New York. Not bad plots,Gruesome scenes..
