Why am i working from home? IMF... to prevent suntec from being crowded, they advised us to use flexible working arrangements, which i thought worked abit too well. Today's newspapers complained that earnings took a dip and no one was in suntec at all due to the inaccessibility and the inconvenience. Food courts were empty and i could eat the famous yong tau foo without queuing.. hee... think the police took their job seriously and overwarned the public.ahahha.... and we being the obedient ones actually took the advice.But it is good. make me proud that the police is doing a good job. they even called back for extra manpower from reservist.heheeh... the first day, there was no jam at all on CTE... it was a smooth ride all the way, we all took the advice to take public transport. and walking was pretty alright, weather wise. if it was later, it might be too hot and with jackets and all, going to be insufferable.
i am going to Japan! Going in late october with my family. one of the places we are visiting for the first time. Apparently, the stumbling block to visiting Japan earlier is my sister having the fear that she has nothing to eat, given that she does not eat japanese food. So now with her permission, we are going!For 6 days,5 nights... quite long right? take a 6-7 hrs flight there, better make it worthwhile.. heheeh... after that i will be going to Phuket with Dear in Jan. Tiger airways is selling tickets at 0.88 cents! So cheap! it will be a good break for both of us.. Kisses,
