Our Barcelona Apartment-we only took photos of it only on the last day cos the first day we messed it up already!
The lift is very unique. only can take 4 pple max... so as our family have 5 pple, someone has to always walk over 90 plus steps up to our 3rd floor apartment!
Last day in Lourdes
So funny this shot. went to the grotto in the morning before heading out. Audrey wore a mini skirt in 9 degrees celsius weather, had to use my shawl to improvise a skirt to wrap her freezing legs.
Road trip back to Barcelona, View from the car
Casa Mila
Photo at the bottom of Casa Mila,The roof is where its famous for
At the roof top-Being a building student, she is in her element, where Audrey and me was just "huh? This is what we paid to look??"
Daddy looking exhausted after all that photo taking
Couple photo
A artistic shot of Gaudi's Chimmeys
Nice Scenary, Nice company, Nice shot.
Dad & Ade acting out their skit.
Casa Mila at night. we happened to chance on the building at night when a tourist asked us to take a photo for them. we nearly walked past it the first time round!
The reason why we went to Montserrat in the first place-The black virgin.
The statue was found in a cave by shepherds long time ago. The black colour was due to the wood being stained by incense offerings. Now she is in a glass book but the ball in her hand is exposed and pple queue to touch it and pray in front of her
Great view huh?
Someone was getting married when we were there. I imagine it to be expensive but i think the scenary and elaborate church setting should be worth it... : )
Someone must always check Dad's cowlick before we take photo...
After cowlick check, we are set to go!
FC Barcelona Studium
Each jersey cost 60 Euros la... being the cheapskate we are, we took photos of the jersey. imagine us in the shop where everyone is in a buying frezy, here we all chinese, taking photos of the jersey. ahahahah
Had to pay to get into the studium, and as we were not too interested, went to Fountain of Mount Juic instead. Free.
Photo galore again, Super nice scenary-Sure glad that we dress up.

While waiting for the show to start, we saw the sun set over the horizan. how can you see that in Spore? We waited for about 2 hours to the show. Even overseas, we were kiasu enough to chop seats to watch the fountain show. Europeans do so too! But it was the wrong place, couldn see anything from where we were.. hahaha

Had to walk down to view the fountains. The crowd standing around to view the show

Night Shots with the fountain
Ade sad that when its her turn to take a photo with the fountain, it went small on her!
Shopping
Shopping at Zara/Mango. As we do not have the 4 seasons here, we try on their winter wear and took photos! Can never wear this in Spore... sigh....
Adeline bought alot of clothes! I only bought a dress and a top. Women in Spain are super skinny la
Eating

Managed to eat Barcelona's speciality-Squid Ink Paella. Its rice cooked with alot of olive oil, seafood and to top it off, they use squid ink that turns it black.Surprisingly, it tastes better than it looks.Daddy is looking pretty pleased about it whereas.....

Ade doesnt look that satisfied with it!

More happy with her lasanga... Audrey ate this almost everyday!

La Rambla- Daytime
La Rambla- Daytime
Flowers stall all on one side. Gaberras, Full bloomed roses, sunflowers and other flowers! Such a pretty and cheerful sight
La Rambla Market-Colourful displays everywhere, i like this place the best along La Rambla
Audrey super interested in her sweets in La Rambla's market. Colourful ya?
Cheese products.
Fruits on display- They arranged in so nicely. was afraid to buy even one as it will mess up the display.
Here on our way out, we saw a man frantically looking in his bag and his pockets. Looks like he got pickpocketed. After that we were super careful with daddy. pushed him in the middle and we all surrounded him.Daddy was super relaxed though. said he know how to spot the bad guys ahahhaa.
Alright, think i have come to the end of updating my barcelona trip post. Not so many photos as blogger is so slow to upload the photos. If you wan the 3000 photos, i can show it to you on my comp... cant even download it into CDs.
