Dinner at Oosh-Yen Dining.

Dear actually remembered that i wanted to go oosh and he secretly made reservations there. Abit expensive though, a plate of salomn sashmi cost about 12 dollars for 3 slices.... the unagi bowl you see in the 1st pic costs $20! I nearly fainted when i saw the smal bowl served. but dear was so sweet about it-say that its only once in a while and cos its my birthday. the ambience was nice though.after that we took a walk around the place and saw that the other side of oosh is a western dining area and it s outdoors with waterfall and all. not bad a place, might try it out for another celebration.

We drove the car up to Tanglin village and i was surprised to find another world there. i felt that we were in a another country altogether, there were fairy lights twinkling, art galleries, art sculptures etc. drove by Ben & Jerry and stopped to have a cone before proceeding to watch i now pronounce you Chuck and Larry.The show wasnt too bad, actually laughed quite alot.

Dear bought me a fossil watch before i left for Europe. He knew that i was already looking for one and when i realised that Fossil was having a private sale, i dragged him there! But look at my stylo milo watch at half price!

Dear has seen me take up decorating magazines all the time when we are in book stores and for my birthday bought me my own decorating magazine...

I have already flipped through and ear marked those pictures i love

Everyday items that dear bought for me. He knows that i practically live in my birks and bought me slippers, knows that i need socks for my aerobics and the t shirt so that i have more variety!

Its all the small little things he noticed and i am touched by the effort. Beats a fancy gift....

To top things off, a bouquet of my favourite flowers-Gaberras!

He gave it to me when i was bathing the dog..hahahaha couldnt appreciate it at that time... but i love it...
