Basically in my previous posts, you can see that i was not happy in my current role, which is supporting 2 HR managers who have totally different working styles in everything. The Guy boss was bo chup and the lady boss was totally controlling. whatever i do, wasnt god enuff for her.not good enough til she was dragging me into rooms and giving me talks like are you sure this is for you blah blah.. it was toally affecting me and after i told her, yes i have decided to leave. she left me alone. so i started looking out for other jobs outside, went for interviews blah blah and nothing good came by and as it was nearing bonus, i thought to stay til after bonus. After that, a manager came from HK to head up SPore's HR and i was to support him which suited me fine... Later came an annoucement that HR recruitment team was going to be outsoured and anyone could try for the position of recruitment coordinator and it s up my alley so i voiced my intentions to move over to vendor's payroll and the decision was accepted. my decision to move over was voluntary, however the HR Recruitment team was not, so there were prett mixed feelings about the move to vendor.
For me, i was relieved that the saga is over, i got myself a nice pay increase and a job scope that i am comfortable doing just that my desk positions sucks... right in front of my recruiter so she can see everything i do! no more surfing for me!..so wish me luck that every thing goes well.
So yesterday, i started my first day on vendor's payrol and support a recruiter in CA recruitment., and then i realised hey i came full circle again, i still have to support the lady and guy boss in recruitment matters! oh man... but lets see how it goes. now i got a recruiter to help block... but my ex lady boss has also affected my recruiter quite abit.. sigh. doesnt management see that morale is affected all becos of this lady boss????
