A just because gift from dear!
Hee.... aint he cute?? look like my dear hor?
i bought the ger version for him for valentine's day cos i think its so sweet to have a reminder of how much i love him. i did hint to him that there is a boy version as well.. but never thought he would just buy it for me for a just because present! So sweet of him...
When he came up the escalator with a precious moment bag, i knew what it was liao and real touched that he took the effort to "lie" to him on his travelling time so that i would not suspect... dear you are getting real good at this ya? i must listen even more carefully to his words liao for double meaning!
Onto another good stuff,the wedding date has been set and we have decided on our hotel venue for our wedding dinner! fast hor?The choice is "Merchant Court-Swissotel" in Clarke Quay. actually, its a relief to have that out of the way as there are couples who, after seeing so many hotels get confused. for us,it was quite easy to make the decision as everytime we went to merchant court to eat durian puree, we always miao the wedding dinners and though we never see the set up, we somehow like the ambience and wondered how it is like to have our wedding dinner there.it was always in our shortlisted hotels.
When the time came for us to shortlist our hotels, it was down to Merchant court and Grand Copthrone Waterfront. After meeting with the coordinators and comparing the packages and places, we decided to go with our first choice to have our dream wedding after all!
anyway, it s quite scary to know that couples are booking hotels all the way to 2009! like us, there are couples who have booked all the way to end quarter of 2009! luckily dear think far far and proposed early so that we can start planning early.good thinking daer!
Now is onto the next stage: Bridal shops! That one, i am abit apprehensive as i have heard about the hard sell tatics that some BS use... and i am not comfortable with saying no...hope we wun get hokwinked
We will be making a trip to JB to take a look at the bridal fair, see if it is cheaper and more worth it... keep u updated! Kisses,
