Photos taken on the ground floor. The right hand side is our block, the slowest one so far! Aiya, looks like we will take our keys last.... luckily for us, we got another alternative while waiting for our flat to be up.
As usual, went up to the 13th Floor of fernvale grove to take the photo... i think when the occupants move in, we cant do so liao i think.
Went to eat at kou fu at fernvale, check out the shops and i am getting more and more excited about living there.. its quite accessible to the LRT and shops so it should be a blast living with dear.
After that, we crossed the seas to our neighbour, JB to check out the bridal fair for our bridal studio. we did some homework on singaporean bridal shops the night before and the prices were like about 3k plus for most shops.Dear had some recommendations from his colleagues about Venus in JB and was eager to check it out. i was apprehensive after looking at the website but the opportunity to divide the 3k package to half thre price was too good to pass up. i also had a reccomendation from my colleague for superstar in JB as well and we went in with a open mind.
Because of the guy who escaped, we thought that the customs would be real long and slow but surprisingly we passed customs in 15 mins.. went directly to the bridal fair and directly sat at Venus's booth.had quite a friendly consultant. actually, i was quite scared of hard sell, but nope... was quite friendly and dun have those "this is only one day promotion thing" tactics.. i think we were more eager than them ahahahh and we signed up with Venus.. the package was RM 3888=SGD$1944!Their package was comprehensive for the photoshoot but there are some stuff that is not in the package such as AD Photographer and videographer. got to look around for recommendations.for 1944, i feel we got quite a good deal..
we also went to their bridal studio to take a look at their gowns and even tried them on! i tried 3 and was quite impressed that they managed to choose the dresses i liked.. only con is that they dun do Made to measure gowns... so i am pretty apprehensive about my gown selection. i hope it comes out ok. Was real impressed with their photography skills and i think our album will come out real nice...
We went to take a look at Superstar before we settled on Venus.maybe we were served by a new stuff who was sniffing and the albums they showed us wasnt too impressive, cos even though the package was cheaper and perks almost on par with Venus, i think we felt more comfortable with Venus.
So now its time to lose weight!!!!! Kisses,
