Sortof lost the momentum of baking implusively so stopping occasionally...

Some healthy homemade Oatmeal with Raisins cookies?
Had a craving for them after eating the store bought ones... Those were the crunchy type, but i prefer the soft crumbly kind so went online to search and viola found a receipe that says its the best oatmeal cookie and i just had to try.. its true,one of the best i ever eaten!
Family esp my dad gave it a thumbs up!
Have to try this again soon.. the pics are making me water....
Or would you prefer a lemon cake??

Oohhh, i love lemon pies but they are just so troublesome to make. so whats better than making the mixture and pouring it all into a cake tin? results the same...
Not too sure but it did not rise as much as i thought and the top was too brown for my liking...
So i turned it upside down!
